It'd be easy enough to clarify - Hong Kong has been too pushy, he still hasn't really presented any sound reasoning for things they have common and thus can relate to each other - but there's only so much effort Iceland is going to put into this issue. He's still suspicious. He still doesn't trust Hong Kong. He's not going to give him free reasons to turn back around on Iceland to "prove" that he's worth something; if Hong Kong wants to be friends he should be able to figure it out himself, or maybe it should happen naturally.
