INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE CENTRE
The ICC is one of the tallest buildings in the world and now it's here in Holly Heights! It consists of 118 floors, the topmost of which is a bar called "Ozone." The other 117 (or so) are available for rent for reasonable rates and can be used for any conceivable purpose: entertainment, business, etc. Each floor or office comes unfurnished, but if you bug the (building's) landlord, it can be decorated for a small cost.

The basement is designed to house a shopping mall, but is being redesigned as a huge laser tag field.

1-50: Unoccupied floors/offices
Floor 10 is reserved.

51-101: Unoccupied floors/offices
Floors 58 to 63 are reserved.

102-116: Ritz Carlton "Holly Heights"
A luxury hotel manned by NPC bellhops. Rooms are available on a nightly basis.

117: Hong Kong's office
Not that he needs a whole floor for his office, but he reserved this one because he likes the view.

118: Ozone bar
Bartender: ???
Bouncer: ???

RENTING

Hong Kong charges an extremely reasonable rate for renting an office or floor of the ICC. Please fill out the form based on what you're looking for! Additionally, you can comment here if you'd like to work at Ozone! Just use the form and add in the info for Ozone.

Are they looking to rent an entire floor or do they just need an office. Floor #: What floor do you/your character prefer? Floors 1-100 are all rented out by the floor and there are offices on floors 101-115. Any other info?
