[ Normally, the regains and notices have been pretty nonchalant in their delivery, other than their piercing punctuality and synchronization. This time, though, the delivery is a tad bit more aggressive.
A journal will come to you in one of two ways, depending on your house and its set up. If you'd imagine your house has a mail slot in its door, then it will come shooting through, skittering across your floor. If you'd rather just have your one mail delivery system, your mailbox, then your journal will be chunked through your window. The glaring hole will be fixed by tomorrow.
If you're brave enough to pick it up, there will be be a piece of paper roped to it with a thin length of packaging twine. The paper states plainly Use your christmas key.
If your character remembers, their gift for fulfilling the Christmas event was a key gifted to them on New Years, which attached itself to their keyring after they accepted it. And yet another if: if they remember they can open it with this key.
And if they open it, they'll find this. Checking back on it every once in awhile might be a good idea. ]

[Arriving in Hong Kong's mailbox will be a letter addressed to him, from England, bearing a gold star sticker on the envelope's flap, to keep it shut. Inside is a simple letter.]
Hong Kong,
I would personally like to invite you to dinner sometime so we can perhaps catch up. I can cook at my place or we can go out to eat and I'll pay - your choice. Let me know if you are interested and have a time which would suit your schedule.
Regards,
England
[Perhaps it's merely an ally grab and not of his own generosity, but the letter seems genuine enough. And he's willing to cook/pay for you... though one is much healthier than the other.]
